SHIPPING POLICY

At Exxude Beauty, we are committed to delivering high-quality wigs and hair extensions in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.  

Processing & Shipping Times
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom orders may require additional processing time.  
Shipping Time: After processing, orders ship within 7 business days

Free U.S. Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders—no minimum purchase required! 

Order Changes & Address Updates
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order has been shipped.
- If you need to update your address after placing an order, email ExxudeBeauty@gmail.com within 24-48hours of purchase.  

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Exxude Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession.  
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received please check with your local post office or carrier.  
- For shipping-related issues, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

REFUND POLICY

At Exxude Beauty, we are committed to providing high-quality wigs and hair extensions. Due to the nature of our products ALL SALES ARE FINAL but we do offer exchanges for defective products upon review by our customer service team.  


If you receive a defective item:  

1. Contact Us Within 3 Days – Email our team at exxudebeauty@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.  
2. Review & Approval – Our team will assess your request and confirm if an exchange is approved.  
3. Return the Item – If approved, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging to qualify.  
4. Receive a Replacement– Once inspected, we will send a replacement of the same product.  

Important Notes
- No refunds or store credit unless approved by our customer service team
- Exchanges are only for defective products (if approved). We do not accept returns for incorrect selection or buyer’s remorse.  
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to our error.
